1. Check-In and Check-Out Time:
- Check-In: 14:00 (or after)
- Check-Out: 12:00 (or before)
Please ensure that check-in and check-out are completed within the designated times to ensure the comfort of other guests.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and additional surcharge with the following scheme.

| Early check-in before 12:00 a.m | 50% room charge |
| Early check-in 12:00 – 13:30 p.m | 25% room charge |
| Late check-out 12:30 – 15:00 p.m | 25% room charge |
| Late check-out 15:00 – 18:00 p.m | 50% room charge |
| Late check-out after 18:00 p.m | 1 night room charge |

3. Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed on the property or in the rooms.
- We respect the comfort of all guests, and this policy is in place to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
4. Food and Beverage Policy:
- Bringing outside food or beverages into the hotel is not allowed.
- A charge of IDR 350,000 per person will be applied if outside food or beverages are found.
- The hotel offers a variety of food and beverage options available at our restaurant.

6. Payment Policy:
- All payments must be made using methods accepted by the hotel (bank transfer, credit/debit cards, QRIS, cash, etc.).
- Full payment must be made at check-in or prior, according to the applicable terms.
7. Damages and Losses Policy:
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to hotel property during their stay.
- Any damage or loss to room facilities or hotel property will be subject to repair or replacement charges according to the cost of the damage.
8. Guest Conduct Policy:
- Guests must adhere to hotel rules and regulations during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to ask guests to leave the property if their behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates hotel policies.
- Guests are expected to maintain peace and cleanliness throughout their stay.
9. Additional Services Policy:
- Additional services, such as transportation, spa, and other facilities, may incur extra charges.
- Please contact the front desk for more information on additional services available at the hotel.
10. Security Policy:
- The hotel is equipped with an integrated security system to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and lock their room doors when leaving the room.
11. Late Check-In and No-Show Policy:
- Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy outlined above.
- If a late check-in occurs, please notify the front desk to ensure that your reservation remains secure.
12. Reservation Change Policy:
- Changes to the reservation date or room type may be made, subject to availability and applicable rate policies. Please contact the front desk for further assistance.
- Changes made less than 3 days before the check-in date may incur additional charges.
